Binding conditions and instructions:
As compensation for the personnel expenses borne by the Veste Coburg Art Collections during filming (moving exhibits, accompaniment during recording, etc.), any personnel costs incurred will be invoiced separately based on actual hourly expenditure with € 50 per employee used.
The reproduction approval is only valid for a single, one-time broadcast or for use with the topic or broadcast purpose outlined below. The recorded material may not be passed on to third parties or used in any other manner without prior consent from the Veste Coburg Art Collections.
Exhibits may not be moved without our permission. Conservation requirements must be met when using spotlights. Lighting and exposure times must be kept to a minimum for all works of art. Lights must be positioned a minimum of 3 metres away from exhibits. Most importantly, however, the surface temperature of the exhibits must not exceed ambient temperature (max. 5° C above the temperature before lighting is turned on or above room temperature in the next room).
Instructions issued by staff must be followed at all times.
The Veste Coburg Art Collections must be provided with a specimen copy (video copy) of the planned broadcast.
The full name “Kunstsammlungen der Veste Coburg” must be given as the source and/or location when broadcasting the reproduced recordings or programme recorded in the Veste Coburg Art Collections.
The filming permit is valid solely for the exhibits specified on the first page. Exhibits not listed here cannot be made available at short notice.
